BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY:

• To confirm the booking 50% advance payment should be required at the time of processing the
booking or making the booking. After makings the payment kindly informs us through email to
accounts.andamantourmate@gmail.com or Whatsapp on 9679569474 with payment slip/snap short.
• The confirmation voucher/service voucher will be issued by mail/hardcopy /SMS within 48hrs from
the time of payment.
• If bookings could not be confirmed within the time period by the Andaman Tourmate Holidays & Cabs,
your deposit payments will be fully refunded within 7 workings days through the original mode of
payment.
• The balance payment should be cleared on Arrival day after Check In to hotel.
• Failure to submit the balance payment by the specified time will affect the booking cancellation and
forfeited the advance amount.
• If reservations are made less than 14 days after the commencement of the journey the full payment of
the product value is required

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellation charge of rupees 1500 per person is applicable any time after the advance is paid
• Any Booking will be cancelled between 21-30 days of commencement of the journey then 25%
cancellation charges will be applicable.
• Any Booking will be cancelled between 15-20 days than 50% cancellation charges will be applicable.
• Any Booking will be cancelled within 14 days of commencement of the journey/arrival 100%
cancellation charges will be applicable or forfeited the total advance amount.
• 100% cancellation charges is applicable any time after the advance is paid for the arrivals between 15
Dec -15 Jan

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SEA SHELL , CORAL REEF RESORT AND BAREFOOT GROUP ONLY:

• 50% refund for cancellation received 30 days or more in advance.
• No refund for cancellation received less than 30 days in advance.

REFUND POLICY

• All the refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.
• We will process the REFUND within 14 working days (except Bank Holidays) but sometimes depend on SUPPLIERS/ VENDORS/ SERVICE PROVIDERS/ THIRD PARTY Refund policy also in that case it will take up to 90 days from the date of refund submission
